For more than 10 years, Veronica & Sam has called the same little shopfront home, just two blocks from the water. We’ve watched the seasons change through those windows, listened to the creak of the old floors beneath our feet, and smelled the salt air every time someone opened the door. So many memories are tied to that little space that, honestly, it’s hard to imagine leaving it behind.

But this summer, we have to say goodbye.

Our lease is up, and after many late-night conversations, a lot of uncertainty, and a few tears, we’ve decided not to renew. We’re moving the business to a smaller space inland, not because we’ve stopped dreaming, but because life has changed. Right now, our family needs more of us than our business does.

It’s a bittersweet decision. We’re giving up the storefront we built our lives around so we can slow down, be closer to home, and make more room for the people who have been there for us through all these years.

Veronica & Sam isn’t going away. We’re simply choosing a different chapter, one with fewer boxes, fewer late nights, and hopefully a little more time around the dinner table.

Leaving our little shop by the water will break our hearts. But sometimes moving forward means letting go of something you love.
